This update is available to all HUSQVARNA VIKING® H|CLASS 500E sewing and embroidery machine owners. You need the H|CLASS software which came with your HUSQVARNA VIKING® H|CLASS 500E machine installed on a personal computer. If you have not yet installed the H|CLASS software insert your H|CLASS software CD and follow the on-screen instructions.

• Windows 7® 32bit and 64bit
• Windows Vista® 32bit and 64bit
• Windows XP® 32bit and 64 bit

How to update:
There are two ways to update your software; Live update or download update. In order to install H|CLASS software on computers with the 64bit Microsoft® Windows XP®, 64bit Microsoft® Windows Vista® or 64bit Microsoft® Windows 7® operating systems, you need to download the update and follow the instructions provided below.
- Live Update
If the computer that your H|CLASS software is already installed on has access to the Internet, this update can be loaded directly from that computer.
- Open your H|CLASS software program.
- Click on “Help” on the top tool bar,
- Click on “Software Live Update”.
- Your computer will be updated automatically.
If the computer you are using for your H|CLASS software does not have access to Internet or if you are using a computer with the 64bit Microsoft® Windows XP®, 64bit Microsoft® Windows Vista® or 64bit Microsoft® Windows 7® operating systems, this update is available for download.
- Click on the link below and download the zip-file.
- Use a file compression utility (WinZip or similar) to unzip the downloaded file and save it on your computer.
- Open the exe-file.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Make sure to read the instructions carefully before starting installation on 64bit Windows XP®, 64bit Windows Vista® or 64bit Windows 7® .
